Who is responsible

TuOpinas, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("TuOpinas"), located at Anatole France 13, Polanco III Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, 11540 Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected through tuopinas.ai. For any matter related to this notice, write to juanjo@tuopinas.ai.

What data is collected

• What you send when you write by email: your name, your email address, your company and whatever you choose to share.
• Browsing data, collected automatically by the PostHog analytics tool: pages visited, link clicks, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie or in browser storage.

This site does not collect sensitive personal data.

What it is used for

Primary purpose: to reply to your messages and follow up on the conversation you start.

Secondary purpose: to measure how the site is used in order to improve it. If you don't want your browsing data used for this, you can block cookies in your browser or write to the address above; this does not affect the primary purpose.

Who it is shared with

Browsing data is processed by PostHog, Inc., an analytics provider, on servers located in the United States, on behalf of TuOpinas and only for the purpose described. Email is handled through Google Workspace. TuOpinas does not sell or hand over your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its processing (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent by writing to juanjo@tuopinas.ai. Include your name, a way to reach you, which right you want to exercise and over what data, and attach an ID. You will get a reply within the time limits set by law.
